Introduction

Touch ‘n Go Group is a digital payments provider based in Malaysia, operating across toll payments, retail transactions, and financial services.

The Group’s Sustainability Impact Report reflects its ‘Go Net Positive’ mission, documenting work across four ESG pillars: Tech 4 Good, Treating People Fairly, Financial and Digital Inclusion, and Our Planet. The report addresses both corporate stakeholders and public audiences.

Touch ‘n Go Group appointed Walk Production for the design and file preparation of the report. The scope covered concept, layout design, data visualization, and print-ready file coordination for corporate and public-facing audiences.

Our Solutions

Concept and report structure

The report was organized around TNG’s four sustainability pillars, with each pillar given its own chapter and visual treatment. Opening spreads, section markers, and visual pacing help readers move through the content without losing the formal reporting structure.

The visual concept was developed around the approved report theme, using directional elements and progressive color treatments to convey momentum. The result is a sustainability publication with a more editorial rhythm, while keeping the clarity expected from corporate reporting.

Graphic design and layout execution

The visual direction combines TNG’s brand colors with client-approved impact imagery. Bold typography, varied layouts and controlled white space give the report an editorial quality without distracting from the approved content.

Section color accents, iconography, callout statistics and short content blocks were used to improve scanability. This helped the report carry data, narrative and stakeholder information in a format that feels structured rather than heavy.

Data visualization and print-ready files

TNG’s report metrics and supporting information were translated into custom infographic systems. Layered data displays, summary panels and progress visuals gave readers a clearer way to understand the information presented in the report.

The completed report was prepared in both digital and print-ready formats. The print-ready version supported stakeholder presentations and corporate use. Both formats hold visual consistency and data accuracy.

The Results

The Sustainability Impact Report supports Touch ‘n Go Group’s sustainability communication across its four ESG pillars. The design carries the report across digital and printed formats while preserving the structure of the approved report content.

The editorial approach reflects TNG’s brand identity as a technology company, helping the sustainability narrative reach corporate and consumer audiences. Sections, data points, and narrative content feel connected, making the report easier to navigate.

Why design Touch ‘n Go’s report as an editorial-style publication rather than a conventional ESG document?

An editorial-style structure makes dense reporting easier to scan. It does not replace the approved sustainability content; it improves hierarchy, pacing and visual clarity so readers can move through the report with less friction.

Why both digital and print editions for the Touch ‘n Go Sustainability Impact Report?

Digital editions support broader sharing, while print-ready editions are useful for meetings, presentations and formal stakeholder communication. Preparing both formats from the same design system keeps the report consistent across use cases.

What did Walk Production deliver across the Touch ‘n Go Sustainability Impact Report scope?

Concept, graphic and layout design, data visualization, and print-ready file coordination. The ESG report design workflow allowed the client team to focus on editorial review and approved report content while Walk Production handled design and supplied print-ready files to their appointed printing vendor.
