Catalog design for Dubai and the UAE

Catalog Design Agency Dubai.

Walk Production designs product catalogs and service directories for manufacturers, distributors, trading companies, and B2B suppliers in Dubai and the UAE. A long range is organized into a structure a buyer can navigate: categories, part numbers, specifications, and an index that points to the right page.

Our team has produced catalogs across many projects, from compact selections to extensive directories. Copywriting, design, approved product image treatment, and print-ready file handoff run on one workflow, with a single account manager holding the schedule.

Catalogs range from 50 to 5,000+ products, across product, technical, service directory, and digital formats. Three packages run from layout only to a full package with copywriting and annual updates. Binding options include perfect, wire-o, saddle stitch, and ring binder. We produce Arabic and English editions where bilingual scope is agreed.

Catalog
services.

Six services across the catalog cycle: product copywriting, layout design, product imagery, print-ready file handoff, vendor file support, and a digital edition. Your contract and your invoice come directly from Walk Production, which also coordinates any print or photography partner from our side.

01 Product Copywriting

Product descriptions written from your specification sheets and your marketing input. Our copywriters turn a spec table into a description a buyer can act on, with the technical detail kept intact.

Deliverables
  • Product description copywriting
  • Feature and benefit development
  • Technical content editing
  • Bilingual content where included in scope

02 Layout Design

One product template applied consistently down the whole range. Designers set how much room a photograph, a spec table, and a part number each get, then hold that ratio across the sections.

Deliverables
  • Full catalog layout design
  • Specifications table formatting
  • Cover and section design
  • Print and digital specifications
03 Product Imagery

Client-supplied and client-approved product images are edited so the whole range sits on one background, one crop, and one lighting standard. Where new shots are needed, product and facility photography can be arranged with UAE-based photography partners, included where scoped and confirmed in the proposal.

Deliverables
  • Product image preparation
  • Image editing and retouching
  • Consistent visual standards
04 Print File Handoff

Print-ready files go to your appointed printing vendor for customer-facing and distributor-facing catalogs. Full print production can instead be coordinated with UAE-based print-production partners, covering paper, proofing, and delivery. That option is included where scoped and confirmed in the proposal. We advise the vendor on paper weight, binding, and color proofing.

Deliverables
  • Print-ready catalog artwork
  • Paper and binding specifications
  • Color proofing files
  • Final file handoff notes
05 Vendor File Support

Support for your appointed printer across the run: file specifications, color proofing files, and the finishing questions that come up at press. Queries come back to us, not to your marketing team.

Deliverables
  • Specification sheet (paper, binding, finishing)
  • Vendor liaison on file and spec questions
  • Color proof review support
  • Final artwork troubleshooting
06 Digital Catalog

An interactive PDF or a web version for sharing with distributors and resellers. Search, filtering, and hyperlinked part numbers make a long range usable on screen.

Deliverables
  • Interactive PDF with search
  • Hyperlinked navigation
  • Web-based catalog option
  • Easy update capability

Catalog
process.

Four steps from information architecture to print-ready file handoff, with the structure fixed before any page is designed.

01

Discovery and Planning

A kickoff call covers the range, the audience, and what the catalog has to do: sell, specify, or both. Categories, hierarchy, and the navigation structure are settled here, before layout starts.

  • Project brief
  • Information architecture
  • Categorization
02

Content Development

Product descriptions and specification blocks are drafted with your input. Where a range ships into several markets, the spec block can carry the units and certification marks each one expects, as you supply them.

  • Descriptions
  • Specifications
  • Copy
03

Design and Layout

The template is applied across the range and checked page by page. Imagery, specifications, and pricing sit in fixed positions, and the same layout logic holds for the rest of the book.

  • Layout
  • Imagery
  • Pricing
04

Print File Handoff

Print-ready files go out with a color proof and a specification sheet your vendor can quote from. The digital edition is prepared in the same pass, so print and screen stay on one version.

  • Print-ready files
  • Interactive PDF
  • Vendor support

Types of
catalogs.

Four formats, chosen by what the catalog has to do and who is holding it.

01 Product Catalog

A full directory with images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Built for a long range, where navigation and a working index matter more than any single spread.

Best for
  • Manufacturers and trading companies
  • Distributors with extensive product lines
02 Technical Catalog

Specifications, application guides, and technical data for industrial products. Dimensional drawings, tolerances, and performance tables are set out for an engineering reader.

Best for
  • Industrial and MEP suppliers
  • B2B technical sales
03 Service Directory

Service lines with descriptions, pricing, and terms in one document. Useful where a group sells several services and wants them presented to one standard.

Best for
  • Service companies
  • Hospitality and facilities management
04 Digital Catalog

An interactive PDF with search, hyperlinks, and a clickable contents page. Updates can be reissued without a reprint, so a discontinued line does not strand a pallet of catalogs.

Best for
  • Distributor and reseller networks
  • Frequently changing ranges

Why brands
choose us.

Technical Content

Our team works with technical specifications, engineering data, and industrial content. A spec table is treated as content to be designed, with column widths and units settled before layout.

Update Service

Ranges move. Annual update packages add new lines, drop discontinued ones, and refresh pricing without rebuilding the catalog from scratch.

Scalable Approach

We have produced catalogs ranging from 50 to 5,000+ products. On larger ranges the work becomes data handling as well as design, so the product list drives the pages.

Print and Digital

One set of artwork serves both outputs. The print handoff and the digital edition are prepared together, so the PDF and the printed book show the same page.

Catalog
questions.

Walk Production has produced catalogs from a compact selection through to an extensive directory. A larger range needs more time for organization and layout. In scoping, the state of your product data counts as much as the page count.

Yes. Client-supplied or client-approved images are edited to one standard for background, crop, and lighting. Where a range has no usable shots, photography can be arranged with UAE-based partners where scoped.

Yes. Walk Production builds interactive PDF catalogs with search, hyperlinked part numbers, and a clickable contents page. A web-based version is available where it is included in scope.

Walk Production offers annual update packages that add new lines, drop discontinued ones, refresh pricing, and tidy the design. Updates apply to the print and digital versions together. A catalog can then stay current year to year without a rebuild.

You can choose perfect binding (magazine style), wire-o (spiral), saddle stitch (stapled), or ring binders. The recommendation follows the page count and the use. A reference catalog handled daily takes a different binding from a slim seasonal piece.

Pricing can sit on the page, move to a separate price list, or come out entirely. A separate sheet is the practical choice where a range is quoted in more than one currency.

Yes. Arabic and English editions are produced where bilingual scope is agreed, and further languages can be coordinated. Translation coordination and proofreading are handled where included in scope. Layouts are built to take a second language, so the pages do not have to be reset later.
