Walk Production designs coffee table books for corporate anniversaries, heritage documentation, and milestone celebrations, working with corporates, multinationals, government entities, and family business groups in Dubai, the UAE, and across the wider region.
Our team has produced commemorative publications across many projects, including heritage books, anniversary publications, and leadership tributes prepared to a high print standard.
Most projects run 2 to 4 months from kickoff to final file handoff. A design-only book, where you supply finished content, can move in 6 to 8 weeks. Specifications cover hardcover and case binding, dust jackets, slipcases, foil, and embossing. How complete your archive is sets the schedule.
Eight services take a commemorative publication end to end. They cover content organization, leadership interviews, copywriting, approved imagery curation, layout design, print-ready file handoff, vendor file support, and video editing. One project manager holds the run, from the first interview to final file handoff to your appointed printing vendor.
Your team brings the archive: photographs, board minutes, founder letters, and press clippings. Much of it now sits on phones and hard drives rather than in a records room, so the first job is deciding what exists. We then structure it into chapters, sub-sections, and a timeline that holds across 100 to 300 pages.
Leadership and stakeholder interviews put the first-hand account on record before the people who lived it move on. Our interviewers capture the decisions, the setbacks, and the detail no annual report ever carried.
Narrative development that gives the history a shape instead of a chronology of events. Our copywriters keep the writing readable across a long book.
We curate client-supplied and client-approved imagery of facilities, events, and personalities for contemporary documentation of your organization. This imagery complements archival materials throughout the book. Where a book needs new photography, leadership portraits and facility shoots can be arranged with UAE-based photography partners, included where scoped and confirmed in the proposal.
Editorial design built for a book that will be handled, not scrolled. Layouts balance text, approved imagery, and archival material that arrives at wildly different quality. Where a bilingual edition is in scope, the Arabic and English text are set as a designed pair rather than two separate books.
Print-ready files supplied to your appointed printing vendor with specifications for quality materials and finishing, or a complete print run managed with UAE-based print-production partners, from stock selection and proofing through to delivery. Print production is included where scoped and confirmed in the proposal. Coffee table books call for material choices that create lasting keepsakes.
Support for the printer you appoint, covering file specifications, color proofing, and finishing questions. File issues cost less to fix before the press run than after it.
Editing, motion graphics, subtitles, and post-production for video material you supply or approve. Arabic subtitle tracks are included where bilingual scope is agreed. The cut usually runs at the launch event and lives on afterward as the digital record.

A first session covers the occasion, the audience, and who has to approve. Scope, schedule, and content structure are set against the launch date, working back from it instead of forward from today.
Your team hands over documents, images, and records, and we log what is usable at print resolution. Interviews run in parallel, so the writing does not wait on the archive.
Chapters take shape and the copywriting pulls interviews, documents, and archive into one voice. Names, titles, and honorifics are checked against a single approved list. Any name that transliterates more than one way is fixed to one agreed spelling.
Typography, grid, and pacing are set, then every spread is built out. Archival images are restored where the original is soft, torn, or the only copy left.
Review rounds run with your stakeholders. Dates, figures, names, and captions are verified, and sign-off is recorded before anything leaves for print.
Print-ready files go to your appointed printing vendor with the finishing specification attached. We stay available for the file and proofing questions that come back during the press run.
Three packages, set by how much of the content work sits with your team and how much sits with ours. Finishing options (hardcover, case-bound, dust jackets, slipcases, spot UV, foil, embossing) are available across all packages. Pricing scales with scope; request a quote.

Four formats, and the occasion usually decides which one you are actually commissioning.
Milestone publications, from 10th to centennial, covering the history, the achievements, and the people behind them. The date is usually fixed first: an anniversary dinner, an official opening, or an event in the National Day period each December.
Cultural, industrial, or institutional heritage documented while the people and the papers are still around. The approach is closer to scholarship than marketing, with sources recorded and captions checked.
Completion records for infrastructure, development, and landmark projects. The strongest ones carry both the technical story and the people who built it.
Books marking a founder, a retiring chairman, or a leadership handover. Interviews and career retrospectives carry the weight here, so access to the person matters more than the archive.

Our copywriters run the interviews themselves and work directly from your archive. That is how a history reads as an account, not a list of milestones with photographs attached.
A commemorative book is judged by hand before it is read. We specify paper, binding, and finishing, and we specify it in terms your appointed printer can quote against.
Arabic and English copywriting, translation coordination, and proofreading, available where bilingual scope is agreed. Useful when the same book has to satisfy a board, an official audience, and readers in both languages.
A book runs 2 to 4 months, with contributors, approvers, and production vendors in the loop. One project manager holds the schedule and the approvals. Where print production is in scope, Walk Production coordinates UAE-based partners under one project plan.
The more context you share, the sharper our first response. A rough scope and timeline are enough to begin.
