Xin Ying’s division carries both B2B and B2C clients, which are rarely served the same way. She is Account Director for Brand & Marketing at Walk Production, leading the branding and marketing division. Her team delivers strategic marketing solutions across both. She studied Communications & Media Studies and has been with the company for five years.

Retainer clients are the part that tests an agency, and Xin Ying manages those ongoing relationships month after month. She oversees the development of brand strategies, corporate websites, and digital marketing campaigns. Regular training sessions with her team members keep service delivery consistent.
